What error message are you receiving?

I don't get an error message. Haven't gotten that far! We have Comcast as our ISP. We have two accounts on the e-mail server. I was able to see both accounts on my old computer, but alas I can't remember how I did it (6 yrs ago). I haven't figured out how do duplicate that on my new computer. Dave
