I have 3 laptops, one will not open in VPN. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled, same problem. I went into Properties,Compatibility, "Run compatibility troubleshooter", ticked "Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 8", same problem.

The Mozilla VPN is compatible with Windows 10 (64-bit only), Mac OS(10.15 and up), Android (version 6 and up), iOS (13.0 and up), and Linux (Ubuntu-only) devices.

The VPN does not currently work properly on Windows 8 devices. Our team is considering developing a Windows 7 and 8 client, but is currently prioritizing improving our current versions at this time.
