I am using MS Server 2K8 R2 and Windows 7 and starting with Ver 55 and has gotten 10x worse with ver 56 Starting with version 55 I noticed I was losing the ability to right click to get the normal context menu.. This was not specific to a time frame sometimes it would happen right away, sometimes longer but it would eventually happen. When I lose the right click I also lost the ability to click on drop downs on Web Pages and also the ability to click on the blue download arrow in the main toolbar to see my recent downloads. I would also notice some of the web pages would only partially draw even simple web pages made of tables and no css would just draw the lines of the borders with nothing in them. on other sites the parts of the pages would turn black. the only recourse is to exit the program which does not always work and it must be killed from the task manager. I have noticed several instances of firefox.exe in my task manager. one for every tab I have open in fact. So It seems to me that Firefox has possibly implemented isolated tabs this is great but the rest of the browsers gui controls are not ready for this implementation. I want to point out that I am not having issues with Firefox 55~56 on my Windows 10 System. Please do not tell me to turn off hardware acceleration or some other setting. This is not a settings problem everything worked prior to version 55ish, this is a design issue and my question is when will it be fixed. I love my Firefox and fear this will hurt its position.

This started with v55 and still happens with v56?

Two things to try;

Firefox Beta: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/channel/#beta

Install Older Version Of Firefox {web link} Be sure to read everything here.

If you still want to downgrade, look under; I still want to downgrade. Click the Directory of other versions and languages link. Look for the directory of the version that you want. But, remember that old versions may have security issues.
