how to allow blocked attachment
Hello, Novice Operator at the controls, so please make any replies simple! A parcel courier company has sent me an email which should have return labels attached for me to print in order to send an item back. Can't find any attachment and the courier website says the most common reasons for no attachment are security settings/pop-ups/add-ons, none of which I really understand. Any help gratefully received.

As far as I know, there is nothing in Thunderbird that will block an attachment.
The most probable reason for your problem is an antivirus.
You should check your antivirus software log to confirm that it scrubbed an attachment. If yes, this is a problem to solve between the antivirus and the site that sent you the mail. Maybe it *is* a virus (sometimes creditables vendors are hacked). And maybe the antivirus is too picky. If this is the case, you will have to teach your antivirus to be more lenient.
