Fresh firefox install - Command prompt pops up every now and then.

When im installing a fresh Mozilla firefox version on my clients computer. All of a sudden a command prompt windows pops up now and then. Just for a second. Cant say what the command prompt says but when uninstalling Mozilla firefox it dissapears. I´ve tried installing the recent version and a 38.1 ESR version, same problem every time.
