Again, after one of Firefox's "updates" my messages on Youtube don't show and won't load. On top of that, you keep outlawing my bank. Granted, they are a bunch of villains but then again so is every bank. In the mean time I would like to continue internet banking, especially now because I have a broken leg ... I'm getting quite fed up with this. Tell me, why should I, or anybody, continue to use your product?

Hi,

Regarding your YouTube concern this can cause because you don't have any Flash Player installed in your system. You can get one here Adobe Flash Player Download. And for your online banking issues, are you referring that someone is trying to steal your data? or are they redirecting you to other website? Please try sending me screenshots :)
