stymied by error messages,non acceptanceof passwords,loss of email sent and recieved from sonic.net after changing preferences to "delete trash upon closing

All of sonic .net correspondence is missing. Any attempt to change parameters , settings etc on any account is answered with a box that says "An account with this name already exists. Please enter a different account name" other accounts on znet have "returned" but only cust.serv. notes on sonic exist on sonic.accounts. I cannot send email because now a password is requit=red Sonic.net cust.serv. changed password on their side but it doesn't work. They say it is a mozilla problem. I've been trying to migrate away from znet so all sonic mail is current and/or new correspondence . on left sidebar 'visualeyes@ sonic' is split into three lists, an organizational concern. I would like my email back and be able to log on and send please.

please go to the troubleshooting information on the help menu and use the copy to clip board button. Paste the information into a message on this forum. I think you have the same account configured three times. At least that is what your description sounds like.
