Sometimes I'm able to receive my e-mail on all of my accounts but most of the time I get a "Log In failed" message. Also when i tried sending mail I got the message "Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server pop.cox.net responded please send PASS command. What's a PASS command and why do i keep getting the failed log in? Help!

Sort of solved the problem. Instead of all my messages from all my e-mail accounts becing downloaded automatically on startup, I do it manually, one e-mail account at a time and that seems to be working.
