hello, mozilla doesn't build msi installers - currently you'd have to use builds provided by the community/third parties for that purpose: http://www.frontmotion.com/FMFirefoxCE/index.htm

if you want to discuss this issue, this forum probably isn't the right place to do so, because it is targeted towards end users. you can bring up the issue in the mozilla enterprise mailing list though: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Enterprise
