I have a bellsouth email account. I use thunderbird on my laptop and desk top. Last week I got locked out of my bellsouth email account. I contacted them and they worked with me to unlock it. I went in and was able to unlock my cell phone and my ipad but not my desktop and laptop. I need some help unlocking my portable app thumb drive that I use on my laptop and desktop.
