Computer Crash. Wnat to recover saved file folders of mail. How?
kept all old mail - sent and received in client folders. They did not reappear when Thunderbird was reloaded on new computer (after all computer crashed.) How can I recover them?

Did you try repair the Inbox?
CLick with right button on Inbox folder, click on Properties >> Repair Folder
If this doesnt help, please, give for information, you said that you save the email of the sent and received folders but they dont appear in the thunderbird after you reinstall it, is it ?
