Unfortunately, FIrefox does not have a version for the Nintendo 3DS.

My understanding of the browser on the 3DS is that it doesn't support media files like Flash, audio, video, etc. This means, you can't watch videos in the browser. You need to use the apps (Netflix, others) to do this.

Mozilla is only making the Firefox browser (desktop) for Windows, Mac OSX and Linux and mobile Firefox for Android 2.2+.
