At times when I am on a website, the cursor freezes and i have to shutdown and restart the processor efore I can proceed. Also, I have lost the toolbar and address line across the top of my desktop.

This occurs at least 4 or 5 times a day. I can do nothing when this happens. I don't know if this is a Firefox or Vista problem. I click on a link and it does not go but just sits there saying connecting.
