Uninstalling Firefox 5 in order to reinstall Firefox 4
Can you please give me step-by-step directions on how to uninstall Firefox 5 in order to reinstall Firefox 4? I recently upgraded and found out too late that 5 is not compatible with Roboform. I recently upgraded Roboform with Roboform Everywhere 7.3.2 and now that's not working with Firefox 5. Thanks for your help. Donna

To uninstall Firefox 5.0 ...
- Click the orb on the Windows task bar (which brings up what is generally referred to as the Start Menu)
- Click the "Control Panel" link
- Locate and double-click the "Programs and Features" control panel
- Locate Mozilla Firefox in the list of programs that appears either double-click it. This will initiate the uninstallation process.
- Step through the uninstallation process as prompted (keep clicking Next).
Once you've done that, download Firefox Setup 4.0.1 from here ...
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/latest-4.0/win32/en-US/
NOTE: Because Firefox is temporarily no longer installed, you can use Internet Explorer to download and run the Firefox 4.0.1 setup program.
