Since updating to Firefox 4.0.1. many people report being unable to open folders in their Eircom Webmail. There are two versions of Eircom Webmail-Basic and Advanced- and the problem only occurs in Advanced version. When clicking on folder it 'greys over' but does not open to display contents. Eircom Support say this is a Firefox problem.
