After the sync operation completes I only have some of my bookmarks from my desktop. It also shows random bookmarks on the first screen when tapping the "awesome" bar. Not really that awesome.How do I get ALL bookmarks to sync?

All bookmarks should sync eventually, as the browser keeps updating from the sync server. As you use the browser, the Awesome Screen will learn which sites you visit most, and automatically sort those to the top.
