The problem is probably that you didn't do the upgrade correctly or Firefox did not copy all the files right. when upgrading

Try a Clean Install

Click the blue question mark next to clean install to learn how to do it

I reinstalled Firefox twice. It does absolutely nothing different. I still think this is a Firefox issue. Of course, there is no one to talk to at Firefox so getting a resolution is almost impossible. I am no longer able to keep my sign in information for my e-mails, the URL not valid message is still there. This is really crazy. I should never have allowed the update. I think they need to check out the new update. I am not the only one with this issue. Thanks for the info though.

I have the same problem with 3.6.3. About a week ago there was an FTP client update and I allowed it. Big mistake. I uninstalled firefox and did a clean install with 3.6.3. Now it takes me 5-6 times to even access the internet and other programs are starting to act wonky and unstable. How can I get an older version of firefox that will work.

When I sign out of Yahoo email account, the screen goes blank. I have to reopen Firefoz. It happened since last upgrade
