Emails are not coming in to my laptop but are on my phone. Why not on the laptop?

I suggest some detective work. Such as.... # shut down phone and PC # restart PC and send message to yourself. Do you see it in the PC sent folder and inbox? write results down # now, turn phone on. does it see in sent folder and in inbox? write results down # shut both off again # now, from phone, send sample message to yourself. do you see in sent folder of phone and in inbox? write it down # next, turn PC on and see if it sees the sent and inbox messages. write it down. The above exercise is to have only one online at the time of sending. If both are IMAP, there should be no surprises.
