I am unable to access the 'kingsoopers.com' website, I get an 'Access Denied' message every time.
Tell me if there is a way to clear old data and resume access to the site.

Try clearing out the cookies and cache for Kingsoopers.com.
1. Clear Kingsoopers.com cookies and cache
-On the top right, click on the three horizontal lines (Firefox menu).
-Click "Settings" toward the bottom of the window.
-Locate "Privacy & Security" found on the left side panel and select it.
-Scroll down to "Manage browsing data" and click on it.
-Find Kingsoopers.com in the "Manage Cookies and SiteData" window.
-Click to highlight Kingsoopers.com and then select "Remove Selected" and "Save Changes."

my version of Firefox does not have a 'Manage browsing data' option, i searched all the say down the list and found something, will let you know if it works
