Sync. I use it for my versions of Firefox and Watefox on all laptops and phones.

If I understand correctly then it says that Ironfox is a fork of Fennec. Fennec was the predecessor of the current Fenix version for Android that has lots of improvements compared to Fennec, so I'm not sure if it is a good idea to switch to that browser and I do not know whether they are able to support Sync. Since this is a browser for mobile, you do not have access to its profile folder and data stored in it.
