All of my extension buttons disappeared, both from the main toolbar and from the Extensions sub-menu. They are still installed however. The only entry visible in the Extensions button, or in Manage Extension Shortcuts, is for an extension that has no button (Markdown Viewer).

This issue persists even if I switch to a known-good backup of my profile.
