Supernova - Local Folders are missing - OK in Troubleshoot but with Inbox Data

After updating to version 115 'Supernova,' I am left without 'Local Folders'. They are back in Troubleshoot Mode but with an empty Inbox. When I switch Troubleshoot Mode off, I get the Inbox messages but no LOcal Folders.

I can no longer switch off Troubleshoot Mode and therefore don't get any new messages in my Inbox.

Fingers crossed for someone to be able to advice me. Ullrike
