Since downloading Thunderbird 102.15.0, when I open an email with a link and click on the link, a blank browser opens. If however, I right click the link and tell it to open in a browser, it opens correctly.

How can I get the simple click to once again perform as expected?

Not so sure this is a Thunderbird problem because the browser is opening. This sounds more like a problem with the browser.

Try: Do a "Refresh" of Firefox. (Start Firefox whilst holding the shift key and click the Refresh option).

Sometimes this can be caused by the browser requiring an update.
