I set up my first email account without incident - all the folders are there (inbox, draft, sent, trash). When I set up a second email account, only inbox and trash are there. I removed the account and set it up again - same thing.

In my experience, the Sent folder appears after the first message is sent. This varies, depending on the email host account. Please send a message from that account to see if the folder then appears.
