Good day to you

My pc was erroneously formatted and now ive lost all my thunderbird emails due to no backup being done. Ive reinstalled Thunderbird with my email address and password , now all my folders and old emails have disappeared. I urgently need access to these. How can I recover them back . many thanks

Without a backup and no messages left on the server you're out of luck.
