the send button is nowhere to me found, I cannot locate the attachment icon on the new message pane and I tried looking for the composition toolbar its missing also. I tried hitting the alt button on the keyboard to no avail. Help please!!

if you have no traditional menu in the compose window press F10. This will display a File Edit View menu bar that is visible until you select something off it. Click on view then composition toolbar.
