Hello

Such web pages after loaded, show the video embeded window in white with in the middle written : "Click to activate Adobe Flash Player"

It is on Linux Mint 19.3 with Firefox 79.0 , FFMPEG is the last version proposed by the depositories : 7:3.4.8-0ubuntu0.2 Opera show the same issue So I must use Google Chrome for these websites Linux Mint 19.3 installation USB key is not affected

If I accept Flash to display these video, the quality is too bad, compared with HTML5, it is like some 240p enlarged to 1080p

Try setting the Flash Player (old name Shockwave Flash) in Plugin part of Add-ons Manager as Never Activate then reload the webcam page to see if the HTML5 video will load.
