My profile has been corrupted due to sync issues with the cloud service I am using. The account data seems to be fine within Thunderbird. I just want to be able to export my 4 account settings so I can import it into a new profile/installation of Thunderbird. Copying the existing profile is out of the question due to corruption in other files.

There's no option to export and import just the account settings. Just copy the settings to a text file and add the accounts to the new profile.
