T'bird crashing regularly overnight with no apparent crash report. What's the next troubleshooting step?
For the last week or so, T'bird has not been open when I log on to my computer in the morning. I don't remember if it's also gone after the computer sleeps for several hours during the day.
There is no Crash Reporter dialog. The newest Crash Report file is from March '19 (InstallTime20190325011617), if I'm interpreting the filename correctly.
I've reopened T'bird today in Safe Mode to see if it crashes tonight.

Additional info: since I posted the above message, I've been away from my desk for about 3 hours. Thunderbird closed down in the meantime, from Safe Mode, with no Crash Report. It simply wasn't running when I logged in.
re :when I logged in This sounds like you're logging out and back in, whereas what you want is to just require a password when waking (but remain logged in the whole time so none of your apps quit).
Try this: Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Advanced... (you might need to click the Lock icon in the bottom left to enable this button). Make sure you have "Log out after X minutes of inactivity" disabled. Then you can enable "require password [immediately] after sleep or screen saver begins."
Thunderbird will have crash reports here: Help > Troubleshooting Information scroll down to 'Crash Rports'
Crashed again last night. This time with a Crash Report, which I will forward from the Crash Reporter App
Please post the crash report in this forum.

What I see is external monitors listed in the probable causes, so I assume many are using laptops with external monitors.
