When processing calendar event (using Lightning addon, I guess), and clicking "Accept" or "Accept all", it seems that "Send a response now" is the default.

Found the code which causes this behavior:

https://github.com/mozilla/releases-comm-central/blob/dfe26e87d97b3cfba5dbe32a8063dc69b7e358e9/calendar/lightning/content/imip-bar-overlay.xul#L139-L159

The default is "AUTO" and there is no way to switch it to "NONE", other than rebuilding Lightning from source.
