WIN 10 & IE Edge won't let me download/install firefox what do i need to do?
When I try to download Firefox Edge gives me two options "open" and "save". When I open the file it says it can't open and to re-try which never works and when I choose save it saves a notepad file on my desktop which doesn't do anything either. ANy help would be appreciated!

Could you try downloading a "full" installer from the following page:
https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
And when you are downloading an .exe file, I suggest always choosing Save (not Open or Run). That ensures that your antivirus has an opportunity to inspect the file before you open it.
Thank you for your response! I finally got it to download through Internet Explorer but Edge still refuses to do anything... I actually tried both open and save but neither would work. At least now I can not have to use IE or Edge anymore!!!!
Sounds good. I think there is a setting somewhere in Windows 10 or maybe in Edge about downloading unofficial programs (not from the Microsoft store) if you need to use Edge for that in the future.
