i am in pay pal and want to print an invoice. i select the print option and a printer window ususally pops up for me to make printing selections and then click print....suddenly this window is not opening any more?? and therefore i cannot print the invoices. it works in internet explorer so pay pal is not the problem

Does it work if you use { Ctrl + P } to initiate printing?

yes, the-edmeister, CTRL + P does make the printer window open! however, why did this stop happening automatically? it was nice to never have to take your hand off the mouse, just click and click would print the invoice!! is the print window being blocked from popping up? if so, how do i fix that....i have checked pop up settings and it allows me to input websites i dont want blocked but not computer functions. thanks!

Is possible something in Firefox or your printer software has become corrupt. Can try re-install printer software.
