just updated to current version. i had two rows of saved favs on toolbar. second one is gone and there is an expand arrow on first on right. I want my second row back please

An extension is usually used for having that "2 row" feature. I don't see any extensions listed in your More System Details beyond the default extensions. Did you do a Refresh Firefox ... before you noticed that feature was gone?

If so, you need to reinstall that extension. The refresh feature removes all the extensions; only the default ones come back by themself.
