I have lost my menu bar on the write screen opf emails
I have lost the menu bar in the write screen of emails. How can I retrieve it so I can mail emails with the send bar?

Right click at the top on the title bar or toolbar. You should get a pop up menu offering the menu bar with a checkbox. Or press F10 or the alt key, then go to View|Toolbars and tick the checkbox.
