Receiving same message every 5 minutes. Sender showes only one.
I received an e-mail from a friend that repeats about every 5 minutes. It is blocking other incoming messages on my computer. It does not effect the e-mail on my phone. The sender says his sent folder shows only one.

Go to your email provider's website, log in to your email account there and delete this message. I'll wager there's only one copy of it, but Thunderbird can't mark it has having been completely and successfully downloaded, so it's left to try again next time. The problem went away by itself. Probably the server corrected itself.
