Hello,

I recently got a Geeksphone Peak from a friend. He had fxos 2.1 on the phone and factory reset it before giving it to me. One of the first things I did was flashing the official fxos 2.2 image provided by Geeksphone. I decided to keep my user data.

After rebooting, I noticed the Phone and Contacts apps missing from my home screen. They are only accessible through the Social smart collection or the search bar. I don't think that is intended. Unfortunately, I don't remember whether the app had already been missing prior to flashing.

Now, is there a way to get the app back to my home screen, other than re-flashing without keeping user data? I would like to avoid that if possible.

Thanks in advance, Alinea

You can flash individual apps using the -app function. But you will have to have the correct branch of Gaia cloned locally first.
