I can't find it on this support site; (nor can your search engine.) It seems an odd oversight for an APP whose raison t'etre is communication.

Any help you can offer will be welcome. There are workarounds but all of them add to an already unacceptable burden of having to work around the workarounds that every Update to any software element of the system, however, minor, tends to generate.

I'm trying to add a colored border to an image inserted into the body of an email. I use the Advanced Image Editor and select the HTML Attributes tab. I select "border" from the Attributes dropdown menu and then add "6px red" as the value. This generates a 6px black border, but does not accept the color (or other) value.

How do I modify other values of the border? Is there a tutorial somewhere on using the Advanced Image Editor?

A few days ago, after several years happy use of Thunderbird, it has stopped downloading my emails to my computer where I have stored them for several years - off line I have no idea how to address the issue as nothing has changed at my end. I am thinking the only solution may be to backup all the data uninstall and reinstall thunderbird - if so what is the safest way to do that please?

This morning an email from my inbox accidentally went into my deleted box. I have always been able to click on "More" and been able to move it back into my inbox. Today "More" had new options and moving to another location was not one of them. What happened? I often click 'delete' by mistake and have to move it back to where I really meant the email to go.

I have read the already published solutions to this problem. They do NOT work. Here is the situation:

Toolbars checked, as in turned on, in the View-Toolbars box: Composition, Formatting, Status toolbars.

On the Composition screen to compose an email, there is no Send button. Only a Send Later button along with the remaining buttons. I followed the instructions in the already published solution and clicked "Customize" in the View - Toolbars box. The remaining buttons appear in a larger grey box. There is no Send button in this box of choices. I click Restore Default Set and nothing changes. A Send button does not appear in the box of dragable buttons.

Unfortunately, there is no other help available for this problem.

I have used the TbSync and Provider for EAS addons for several years to link my iPhone calendar with Thunderbird. These addons are now no longer compatible with Thunderbird 139.0 and have been disabled. What will replace them, the "Sync" button? If so, it isn't working on my installation. When I click on the "Sync" button in Thunderbird nothing happens. I cannot find a location in either setting or tools to setup "Sync" to do what TbSync & Provider for EAS did.

I just got a new computer and downloaded Mozilla Thunderbird, it was working fine and the I had to have the Geek Squard help with installing my printer and the agent that was working on it couldn't help me, so after I got off with him I no longer could send out emails. Called the second time and the agent I had helped with setting up the printer but could get Thunderbird to send emails, he told me I needed to contact you. But since there's no phone number I can't contact you that way and I don't understand how to do it myself (I'm 74 years old) because I don't understand. Is there someone who can help me or walk me through to get my email back up and running please?

Buenas tardes, tengo dos cuentas instaladas a traves de Thunderbird, hfonda@moscuzza.com y buques@moscuzza.com Ambas las leo en la noteboock y en el celular pero no estan sincronizadas. Es decir si por ejemplo genero una subcarpeta en la computadora no lo veo en el telefono y viceversa.

Hay posibilidad que la cuenta este sincronizada en todos los dispositivos?
