why do I get this on new download

When I try to print a PDF attachment it comes out as a blank sheet. This used to work OK. The print preview is fine. I have altered the settings to open PDFs in acrobat as a workaround. Any help appreciated.

After reading my emails, I wanted to look at my address book. I clicked on ADDRESS BOOK and my book was not there. Now, I can't back up to a normal page. The only choice is to go to the taskbar and close that page. Then when I restart Thunderbird, I get the same useless page ! Now how do I get my emails ? PS I cannot get to the HELP page of Thunderbird in order to find the version number, so the number I posted below is probably wrong. But otherwise, I could not SUBMIT my plea for help. I'm really stuck !!

When I open up my emails in Thunderbird, it takes hours to open the home page, most of the time it is a blank page/screen. When lucky, I can see my email home page, however, sending and receiving are also very very slow and take long time to send out and receive. I tried to compact folders, but the screen remains blank and loading of my account page never opens thus I am not able to do any edit or change for my email account in Thunderbird.

We are facing issues with Thunderbird mail application.

Incoming emails are not being received in Thunderbird. Thunderbird is running very slowly and frequently becomes unresponsive. Sending and receiving emails is taking a long time. We have already restarted the application and system, but the issue still persists.

Kindly check the mail server settings and Thunderbird configuration from your end and advise on the necessary action to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

When I up dated the latest version of T.B.. when switching form the index desk top page to read the email, the page is blank EXCEPT for "SWITCH TO: EXTENSION" displayed at the top of the page

For a few days now I have not been able to print pdf files from within Thunderbird.

I am using 154.0b2 (64-bit) Beta version, but had the same problem with the previous version.

If I try and print the pdf it creates the file but the file is blank. This happens when printing to a physical printer or printing to PDF on the computer. The file is created but no content can be seen.

Workaround is to download the PDF and then print it from another app but it is annoying and did not do this previously.

Printing email content from Thunderbird works fine, to physical printers or to PDF files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am running Thunderbird on a new Windows 11 laptop. When I download new messages and try and open them my laptop locks up. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks Dave

Using 153.0b3 and having an issue.

Under Account Settings, I have three entries in the left: Company Yahoo Local Folders

Under Company, my POP3 download/remove from server account I've had since the 90s, under Copies & Folders I have "Place a copy in" for "Sent" Folder on: Company. Same for Message Archives, Drafts, and Templates. Under Yahoo I have "Place a copy in" for "Local Folders" for all four. The ONLY reason I have them set up this way is due to the error message that displays if I try and set any of them to be Yahoo.

I recently went to find an email I'd sent last week using my Company account and couldn't find it. I couldn't find any that had been sent for awhile. I eventually found it under Local Folders(I had "Hide local folders" turned on because I can't understand the reason to it to even exist).

What exactly is going on? Is it a bug with the beta? I'm getting really tired of having to move the messages to the correct folder when all of the settings appear correct(my oldest email is from 1996 btw, so I've been keeping current since Netscape Mail)
