I'm using a MAC and I'm using macOS Sequoia 15.0 (I just updated to this version) and I noticed that some our websites are not loading in your browser anymore. I thought this was a cache issue so I clear the cache and the the websites will only load with the Safari browser. We use Brave and DuckDuckGo for our search engines and we use Yahoo (Bing) when we search on Safari.

every time I go on to a new site such as you tube or even to open my email or go to facebook I have to wait and wait and then at the top of my page it says firefox not responding and then I have to wait and wait it is getting fustrating I have a laptop here at home and have internet but i always get inturupted when I go to open another page

Not sure whether this is related to an update on apple iOS 17.6.1 or Firefox focus. At one point it worked, then last update on both ends I'll say for now this problem reoccured again.

I use an apple iPad 11 Pro with Magic Keyboard. If i wanna type in the URL bar it simply doesnt allow for the curser to be placed in that area, however, if I detach the iPad from the Magic Keyboard the function returns and now I'm able to place curser in url bar and being typing an address.

Prior to this problem reoccurring once more with one of the updates, it was fine for a couple of months (perhaps from may till august - best guess but I have no idea), but before may (lets say) I also dealt with the same exact problem for over a year or more.

I keep getting a reply when I try to look up my private URL’s. I can get what it says if that helps? It’s a message I am not familiar with. I also can’t get my mailbox or Safari back up. I have no way to get an email to someone. I have alerted Avast about 15 x that I have no mailbox or Safari, yet they don’t help me. Can you please offer any help?! Don’t send the answer cuz it has no place to be delivered. All I can say is when I go into the Apple apps store. I go to apps look up mail and it says it has restrictions on it. That’s all I know or can tell you.

Please read my message above. I or my husband may die because of what is happening to us. Please call [edited phone# from public community forum] I have an iPhone 12pro. My husband has an iPhone 12 and we each have an older iPhone. Thank you We are not safe our phones have been cloned. We are unable to send or receive calls, medical, emergency, SOS, we are blocked on foxfire focus by the hacker switching our searching to google search and then blocking us.

My TV listings website says I need to disable my ad blocker. EXCEPTIONS is not highlighted on the customize settings page for Firefox focus. How do I make an EXCEPTION for this one website?
