All my tabs (I think they're tabs - on the menu bar just below the main menu at the top left of the home screen - have disappeared. I checked history, hoping to replace them and the returned. But now they've vanished again. Also, when FF opens, email screen displayed is 'primary' and it says there are no primary messages. I've always used 'all mail' so I go to that site (which is in a folder on the menu which is below the address bar) and click on it to get to mail.

How can I restore the missing tabs which were on the menu bar just above the address bar?

I don't know what this means and how I can get rid of it. Is it important? Doug Conley

Beginning last night, none of my bookmarks worked. Also the icons on the toolbar are all different (sort of a globe in white outline with a label of the site). My browser indicates it is current.

I have tried all the suggestions clear cache, restart, refresh, turned off extensions etc. but these have not resolved the issue, also this has only started happening within the last couple of weeks.

Pocket was removed some time ago. is there any way to get back the aspect of Pocket that allowed capturing the text and pictures from a website and copying and pasting that to (for example ) a Microsoft Word document?

Maybe a third party, as long as it was approved by Firefox.

Hello there All,

Recently I upgraded to Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS from the earlier 22.04. I have Upon logging into yahoo Email on Firefox version- 147.0.4, the message - "Something went wrong We could not sign you in. Try again from a different device." is coming up. (Please refer to attached screen shot) All attempts with alternate method - with recovery methods were not success full (on Firefox)

Where as - Yahoo Email log in is successful on theses two: (1)chrome browser on the same machine (having Ubuntu 24.04) and on (2) on yahoo app on other device.

Please refer to screen shot. ( Earlier - it worked fine with Ubuntu 22.04 on firefox)

Almost every time I open up Firefox it has a little pop-up under the tool bar asking "Open Firefox every time you restart your computer?", and every time I select "Not now", which I guess is intended as only a temporary answer. How can I permanently say "No" and keep this from popping up constantly?

Pretty sure I've got a problem with a fake certificate / server: in ISRG Root X1. > R13 >. "interfaithpowerandlight.org". This is a legit and very good org, but it ain't no server. A notification pops up intermittently on both mac and iphone that it can't be verified, at which point I've been clicking on cancel. Suggestions, please and thank you?

I’m currently conducting a DevOps training session and we are using Firefox to inspect headers for a web app running inside a local Docker container (localhost:8080).

We've noticed that occasionally the 'Network' tab in DevTools fails to show the full response headers for our nginx proxy, even after clearing the cache. It works fine in other browsers, but I prefer using Firefox for our students because of the superior CSS Grid and Flexbox tools.

Is there a specific setting in about:config that might be limiting the capture of headers for local loopback addresses?

Firefox stopped working properly this morning. whenever i try and open a new tab firefox tries to get me to setup sync instead of going to the new website. I turned off sync. I do not want to sync with anything at this time. How can i get firefox to work again?

I've just switched to Fedora 43 KDE plasma from Windows. On Windows, everything was totally find with videos on Firefox. After migration I kept having an error message "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support." not only on one site (else it could have been the site). After searching for solution here and on the Net, I found out that it's not related to Fedora but to Firefox when using Radeon RX7700XT on Linux (idem with several distros). And indeed, when installing other browser and testing them there was no problem, even with LibreWolf. So can you please take action as I like Firefox and I would not like to have to move everything to an other browser. And it seems that this problem has been around for at least two years ... which you should be ashamed of.

Ever since the last Mozilla update several of my financial institutions or bill payment sites keep coming up with security certificates warning screen. Is this a known issue and will it be fixed?

Whenever I go to YouTube, there is a green download button, YouTube blocks whole page goes dark. No issue using Brave or other browsers. I use when trying to download a clip I'd like to keep watching to learn, without all the wasted overpriced data I disable the extensions apps I think relevant, then refresh, no change, disable popup blockers like Ghostery & Adblock plus, refresh, still no change.

Using Windows 10 pro on Desktop, 64bit, internet is fibre optic as fast for rural, 16Gb RAM, 7TB Separate HDD's. Reasonably comfortable with pc use Been present for last couple of weeks, use other bought programs to download but unable to view prior on Mozilla, but works fine on other browsers

Don't really have too much to say just needed help on understanding how these extension things work because I am not familiar with them at all I've just learned about him not even two weeks because I bought Chromebook and that's the first time I've ever seen them so I have no idea I don't even how to even activate them I read every single before downloading it but I'm still not understanding on how to even use it or even start to use it I have autism so I don't understand new things as well as others so I need extra help but by the time I know and know how to you know you all this I'd be able to help others after I learn how to you know do it because when I learn about anything new I get obsessed subs and I started learning everything about it
