Somehow, I was logged out of my Firefox account on my PC laptop. Because I forgot my password, I went through the process of changing it. I received a confirmation from Mozilla, saying that I had correctly changed the password, but when I try to sign in, it says that the password is wrong. I tried several times with no success. Because I never did anything with my Android phone, I am able to access my Firefox there. I have no idea what to do next.

The above mentioned site seems to not display correctly on Firefox while tests with other browsers are ok. Specifically, as shown in the images, the opening search results are garbled and overlayed while the second image shows the result in another browser. I have disabled add-ons like adblockers etc to no avail. Any ideas? Ian.

the problem caused by certificate & certificate give cors error

1st website asked to trust certificate, after i did website loaded with black screen cuz cors blocked resources from loading, the certificate didnt carry over to sub domain https://n-cdn.lzhailalu.com/snow4/2/2/1.webp if i click this i get Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead to trust same certificate this website was lacking r10 lets trust certificate, if im not mistaken it should be replaced with ISRG Root X1 & ISRG Root X2

2nd website certificate was auto verified but cors kicked in blocking resources like this one https://s3.teraboxcdn.com/fe-static/fe-v5-web-index/js/index.b81a2a8e.js clicking this give Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead to trust digicert check my screenshots

i tested some cors addons on other profiles but couldnt bypass it

we need a fix, this is just 2 examples, theres many websites that certificate and cors ruin them, ppl test their websites on chrome thats why firefox need workaround for certificate and cors to work like chrome.

please dont tell me it simple just trust certificates cuz i figured out the problem, that not a solution, brave worked out the box, so thats mean for every website i visit i need to ckeck console for errors

and not switching firefox to brave or chrome, i only use them when firefox fail me in media or websites give me errors, i used firefox for so long and im not going to switch

if theres no proper fix, i need a way to disable certificate, cors or both permanent even if i have to edit omnija, just show me the way, please

My original recovery key has 28 letters, but sign in on new laptop is asking for 32. Also, original password cannot be revealed. I am trying to open my account on a new laptop. Help! Trying to transfer from Windows 10.

Google "Cookies are Disabled" when trying to login to Google Services. Standard security settings. Browser and Computer have been restarted. Cleared Cache.

Unsure what to try next.

For the last few weeks I cannot use firefox. When I try to sign in to google it asks for my passkey (in my instance my fingerprint) but freezes and I need to restart my MacBook. Whatever I do it keep happening. This is my last chance for a solution before I defect to safari. I have tried on safari and there are no issues.

I think I need to uninstall Firefox and reinstall it. Firefox has stoped working. If I try to login to an account on line, it just spins or does nothing. Can you help?

WebGL2 works fine for several hours but then packs up for no apparent reason. Closing all instances of Firefox browser (not just one tab), and restarting fixes it until the next time. This shouldn’t be necessary, and is becoming annoying as it is too late to save anything. Happens accessing express.co.uk and FlightRadar24.

Hi, mi machine runs Ubuntu Mate 24.04, kernel 6.14.0.29 and Firefox 141.0.3 . Starting from the end of last year, 2024, I get a strange situation: in Google Sheets I can invoke certain functions only in the range 5:00 am to midday, actually I never tried earlier. I asked for help to Google and we realized that the malfunction doesn't appear with Google Chrome browser or Brave. So I'm here to ask for support, how can I fix this?

Amazon (either UK or US) has suddenly stopped loading properly on Firefox - there's no main top menu or header, instead there's a text list down the LHS (see screenshots). This first happened yesterday (14 Sept 2025) and it's still the same today. It works OK on MS Edge, so it looks like the've changed something which Firefox no longer recognises.

Lost all of my bookmarks. Error message reads: "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem." I have been a Firefox user for years and years. I am having to leave because I cannot resolve this new issue. Can you help?

Using Firefox--When I try to access the daily set of images that comes in an email representing memories for this day which is pulled from my Onedrive Photos, all I get is a dark blank screen with a subtle pulsing wave as if it is searching.

I get the same thing when I go directly to my OneDrive Photos and try to pull up the daily photos there.

However, changing browsers and using Google Chrome--I can view the images in the memory email as well as those on my OneDrive directly

What does Chrome do that Firefox is not?

I recently had another browser related issue on a different problem trying to register online with Directv which would not complete with Firefox but when I used Google Chrome instead of Firefox, it worked.

This made me wonder if the above OneDrive image problem might be browser issue. Sure enough, it was.

I really prefer Firefox and I do not want to have to go to Chrome.
