Ah, the sweet irony of it all.

The easiest way of downloading updates and accessing the Mozilla Support pages is using Safari!

Using Firefox, the updates don't download fully and accessing the support pages takes an age, if at all.

After updating to version 129.2 on my iPhone, I can no longer rearrange my tabs. I can tap and hold on a tab and move it but then it snaps back to the old position. This is making the browser unusable for me. I have tried closing and reopening the app and restarting my iPhone but neither worked.

Directions for printing tell us to click on the menu button and then click "Print". But there is no such item on the menu.

So evidently I am not meant to print a web page? Does anyone know what to do to get to a link for printing web pages? Thanks.

Hello. When trying to browse websites using cellular data only, some kind of security block prevents the websites from loading. It says the it’s pretending to be the website and possibly could steal my information. When using WiFi, the same websites load without any issues and no security blocks. The warning message also says something about only the administrator can make changes or something along those lines. What should I do to get this bullshit off my phone? Please help! I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

On the menu I have the message "Account dis connected" with an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle. I can't find any information about what the message means sand how (or if) I can account/reconnect my account. Help, please.

Firefox on iOS has an issue- whenever scrolling, when browsers interface appears, things move around on the website. It doesn’t happen on Mac. I have a recording of the issue, not sure where to put it though.

I do not have a toolbar setting that I can find on my Firefox installation on my iPad. I want to move the toolbar from top to bottom, but I can’t do it. I’ve tried reinstalling and selecting “bottom” for the toolbar location in the tour, even after clearing all data, and it doesn’t move. Should be so easy!

I use Firefox both on macOS and iOS. I have tried removing the application entirely from iOS, and yet old passwords are still appearing on iOS which I've deleted on desktop. I cannot for the life of me figure out why this would be an issue. I have disconnected syncs, signed out and back in, completely uninstalled the app.
