Serious memory bloat, FF 85.0.1 - Good laptop, 3.40 Ghz and 16 GB ram

hello

i am trying really hard to use FF but it's hard, due to the memory bloat. seriously, a tab with Asana tasks and gmail allocates 650Mb already, i have 1 ad blocker and everhour extension installed. that's it. with 10 various windows it sucked 6.5 GB - not possible

is there anything at all that can be done? 9 tabs open in MS edge including gmail, 2 extensions and it takes 700MB of ram only. what can i do? lowered process limit to 1 and i have 16 GB of ram, 3.40 ghz cpu. please help
