My screen has a huge blank and that blank takes away my chat log!

So when i play my game this Blank spot appears where my ads use to be and it says Ads not by this site so i cant type to people and it makes me lag a lot more than usual.

This looks like a blocked ad.

Did you try to right-click this area to check with the built-in Inspector which element gets selected?

The plugin icon on the location bar is gray and that would mean that no plugins are blocked currently, so it isn't Flash content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
