Can't open ASCTray.exe as RH120.bpl is missing, how do i fix I don't even understand?

This , above, is the message I get agter I sign on to my password protected PC. I am not overly technical and am not confident with program files. I don't what RH120.bpl does but am worried that it may somehow place the security of my PC at risk. The funny thing is - the computer does start up and run.

hello rhysrogers, this question is not related to firefox, so we probably lack the knowledge to offer a solution for the issue. the error message is apparently triggered by a program named "advanced systemcare" which is supposed to launch at startup of your pc - please contact their technical support at www.iobit.com/support.html
