I cannot print from any website using Firefox, though I can print from MS Explorer. Please help!

When I try to use Print Preview of any web page on my screen, I see a blank screen. If I print anyway, the printer gives me a blank page. Upgrade of the Firefox have not fixed the problem. I am forced to copy URL, open Explorer, paste URL and then print. But recently I tried to print tickets from .html file and it was in Firefox format, so even Explorer could not print. What should I do?
