You need to try a few things. Clearing your cookies & cache. Corrupted data for Amazon could be causing it to stay confused and broken. If that doesn't snap Amazon out of it, you need to disable all your addons.

One of your addons could be breaking Amazon. Try disabling any ad blocking addons or privacy addons. Even a addon like ClearURLs could be confusing & breaking Amazon. Another example is Malwarebytes Browser Guard. It does have reported problems of blocking the wrong things on a site which then break things like captchas, payments and so on.
