I installed (as always) the new Windows 10, downloaded from the office. firefox website. I log in to my login, synchronization takes place (firefox says so) but MY data is NOT!!! no synchronization, no loading of passwords, addresses, extensions!!!

Проблема была из за того, что на новом устройстве я не смог вспомнить пароль и восстановил его. при этом все устройства перестали синхронизироваться и вышли из аккаунтов (я об этом даже подумать не мог). в итоге когда я восстановил пароль и вошёл в учетку firefox я не получил ничего после синхронизации. это глупо сделано со стороны firefox!

I reinstall firefox, sign in again. The input is successful, but there is no synchronization. everything works on other devices.

Thank you for your question about the Firefox Sync service.

It appears from your question, that you are using Firefox Sync as a back up service. This is not what Sync is designed to do. The Firefox Sync service takes a copy of the data you wish to include and transfers it to a second device (typically a mobile device such as a tablet or a telephone) running a copy of Firefox. The storage in between all attached devices is both temporary and fragile and is not stable enough to be (and is not designed as) a reliable backup service.

If you have a copy of your Firefox profile for desktop Firefox, you may be able to recover your bookmarks and other data. Please have a read of this article.

If you have a copy of your data on a mobile version of Firefox, please follow these instructions to connect it to Firefox Sync to copy your data.

This is useless advice. I had to do the transfer manually. Synchronization is not working for you. This has never happened before! and your answer is an unsubscribe from the top 10 frequently asked questions. I'm sorry to see this in firefox.
