Unusual Sign-In Activity in my Hotmail Account

Here's the problem: In my Hotmail account, I am getting email "cards" (entries in my Hotmail account) that say: Unusual Sign-In Activity. Now recently, I spent a lot of time finally contacting and spending time with a Microsoft Tech Support agent. This agent helped me change the password on my main Hotmail account. Yet, I am still getting these annoying email "cards" in my Hotmail account. Now, I've analyzed these various email "cards" and I discovered a few things relating to Firefox. Here's what I found on all (5) of these separate email "cards": Sign-in details Country/region: Australia IP address: Please note I eliminated the IP address here because I don't know if it safe to do so or if I will be compromising my computer in any way. In order to share this IP address, I need to know if I am now dealing with an official Firefox support agent. If so and if it is necessary to share the IP address then please let me know in your follow up response. Date: 11/1/2022 4:46 PM (GMT) Platform: Windows Browser: Firefox Today, by the way, is: Sun 5 Feb 23 Time now: 4:16p Est at the time of writing this here line. It is interesting that the email "cards", all of them, have the same date and time: 11/1/2022 4:46 PM (GMT) There's something not right about receiving email "cards" from back in November 2022.
Now if you--the Firefox Support Agent--know what I can do to resolve and stop this annoying problem then please let me know by sending me an email to my email address. You have it from my Firefox account. Gosh, this is such an annoying problem. If you can help then please do so. Thank you.

Hi Dropa: I just searched everything on my Firefox settings as you requested. But I did not find a place to check my setting to see if I checked to receive notifications or alerts. Can you tell me where to go screen-by-screen to find what you are talking about? as: notifications or alerts. And how does that control the problem I reported?
Hello everyone: I've been kind-of racking my head to figure out what Dropa told me when told: "check your settings to see if you checked to receive notifications or alerts."
The only thing I was able to find was: Privacy & Security > Settings > Block New Requests Asking To Allow Notifications. I did not put a check in the check-box.
In addition, I don't know how this solves my problem described at the outset of this thread. In my Hotmail account, I am getting email "cards" (entries in my Hotmail account) that say: Unusual Sign-In Activity.
Please re-read what I said about the problem. Something tells me the solution has nothing to do with controlling what sites can send me notifications. And I haven't listed any such websites in the box for this function anyway.
It just seems like I keep getting emails from: Sign-in details Country/region: Australia IP address: 125.253.93.68 Date: 11/1/2022 4:46 PM (GMT) Platform: Windows Browser: Firefox
And I just put the above IP address (that I didn't reveal earlier in this thread for fear of what that may do to my computer) into my Microsoft Edge Browser. Interestingly, I am shown the following website page: 404 SORRY! THAT PAGE CAN NOT BE FOUND... The URL was either incorrect, you took a wrong guess or there is a technical problem.
Now I'm completely confused at how to stop this problem. I wonder if Norton Internet Security can help here? But I'd like to what you have to say, since the Browser is always Firefox.

Can you attach a screenshot?

- use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
Note that such emails can be a scam to try you to click a link to install malware on your computer, so always be cautious and verify the origin and possibly check the raw source of such a mail.
You can do a malware scan just to be sure.

Alternatively, perhaps I can send you my notes which show what I’ve done so far to resolve this problem. I’m sure my notes can help you much better than a screenshot. Not sure what you mean by this. This is a support forum and not some sort of direct support by chat, email or phone calls or such. Also nobody here does support by email or directly connecting to their system by any software.

The OP is referring to activity on Hotmail email account and nothing about Firefox Account though.
To all of you reading this thread:
Yesterday, I managed to call the Norton Ultimate Desk Team Case. I did not receive their scheduled call, so I called them again. I spent 1 hour and 30 min with one of their Tech Reps. We explored a few things together. However, by the end our call, I still did not have an answer. I was only told to call my email provider, which is Microsoft.
Yet, when I briefly viewed the topics that Dropa suggested here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/firefox-accounts/manage-account I got the idea that maybe canceling my Firefox browser may have been the answer to stop these annoying Unusual Sign-In Activity emails. I figured the sender of those emails got my main email account from my Firefox account. I thought if I canceled my Firefox account that would break the link to the sender of those unwanted emails. However, in the process of canceling my Firefox account, I was asked if I just wanted to Refresh the browser/app. So, before canceling Firefox, I agreed to Refresh it.
Today Tu 7 Feb 23, I just went through all new emails. And I did not receive any more: Unusual Sign-In Activity emails. I will continue monitoring this situation. I'm not sure if what I did by Refreshing my Firefox browser/app, that it solved the problem.
