My bank states cookies must be enabled. They are, but no access. Used to work 6 months ago.

This happened with a recent update; it did work before, but now no passwords are saved, and I cannot access my bank (https://www.labanquepostale.com/particulier.html site states that cookies should be enabled to access client space), and also Statcounter requires password entry everyday. Both sites work correctly on IE11 (I am using windows 10 - do not like Edge!) Do not track, and tracking protection are ticked. Custom settings - accept cookies from sites - accept 3rd party from visited - remember passwords ticked.
